Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of allgoodelectric.ca and the electrical services we provide. By using the site or hiring us for work, you agree to these terms.
Services
All Good Electric provides residential and light commercial electrical contracting services in Sherwood Park, Strathcona County, and surrounding areas. All work is performed by, or under direct supervision of, a Master Electrician licensed in Alberta.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. If conditions change after a quote is issued (e.g., we discover unexpected wiring conditions, or material costs change significantly), we'll update the quote and confirm with you before proceeding.
Payment
Invoices are due on completion of the work unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer, cheque, and cash. Overdue balances may be subject to interest at 2% per month.
Warranty
We warrant our labour for one year from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts we install. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by:
- Modification to the work by another party
- Misuse, neglect, or accident
- Acts of God (storm, flood, etc.)
- Pre-existing conditions outside the scope of the work
Permits & inspections
Where required by Alberta electrical code, we pull permits and coordinate inspections. Permit and inspection fees are added to your invoice at cost.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising out of work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage as required to operate as a residential electrical contractor in Alberta.
Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we try to keep it accurate, electrical code and regulations change — nothing on this site constitutes a substitute for a site visit or a code-compliance inspection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta.
